ریٹرن 7 دن کے اندر ممکن ہے، اگر پروڈکٹ صحیح، مکمل اور بغیر نقصان کے ہو۔ ریٹرن کی ڈیلیوری کسٹمر دے گا۔ رقم 4 دن بعد واپس کی جائے گی۔
ایکسچینج کی سہولت بھی دستیاب ہے۔ پروڈکٹ مکمل اور صحیح ہو، تو ایکسچینج ہوگا۔ کسٹمر واپس بھیجنے کی ڈیلیوری دے گا، نیا پارسل ہماری طرف سے فری ہوگا۔
We confirm orders between 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM. Orders placed after this are confirmed the next day.
Delivery in Lahore takes 1 to 2 days. For other cities, it can take 3 to 9 days depending on the location and conditions.
Parcels are delivered via PostEx or Leopards courier services.
Standard delivery is completely free across Pakistan.
Express delivery is available upon request with extra charges.

All orders are delivered on Cash on Delivery (COD).
However, we may ask for a partial advance payment in some cases for security purposes.
If a customer chooses to pay the full amount in advance, we offer a 6% cashback, which is returned the next day after the parcel is received.
Returns are accepted within 7 days, only if the product is complete and undamaged. Return delivery charges are paid by the customer. Refund will be issued after 4 days.
Exchange is also available. The product must be in good condition. Customer pays to send it back, and we will ship the exchanged item free of cost.
