• ہم آرڈر کی تصدیق صبح 9 سے دوپہر 3 بجے کے درمیان کرتے ہیں۔ اس کے بعد والے آرڈر اگلے دن کنفرم ہوتے ہیں۔

• لاہور کے اندر ڈیلیوری 1 سے 2 دن میں ہو جاتی ہے۔ دوسرے شہروں میں 3 سے 9 دن لگ سکتے ہیں، شہر اور حالات کے مطابق۔

• پارسل PostEx یا Leopards کورئیر کے ذریعے آتا ہے۔

• پاکستان بھر میں اسٹینڈرڈ ڈیلیوری بالکل مفت ہے۔

• ایکسپریس ڈیلیوری کسٹمر کی فرمائش پر دستیاب ہے، اضافی چارجز کے ساتھ۔

• اگر ٹریکنگ کی ضرورت ہو تو ہم سے رابطہ کریں، ہم آرڈر کی معلومات فراہم کریں گے۔

• تمام پارسلز کی ڈیلیوری "کیـش آن ڈیلیوری (COD)" پر ہوتی ہے۔

• اگر ہم چاہیں، تو سیکیورٹی کی بنیاد پر کچھ ایڈوانس رقم پہلے بھی لے سکتے ہیں۔

• اگر کوئی کسٹمر مکمل رقم ایڈوانس میں ادا کرتا ہے، تو ہم اُسے 6% کیش بیک دیتے ہیں، جو پارسل وصول کرنے کے اگلے دن واپس کر دی جاتی ہے۔

• ریٹرن 7 دن کے اندر ممکن ہے، اگر پروڈکٹ صحیح، مکمل اور بغیر نقصان کے ہو۔ ریٹرن کی ڈیلیوری کسٹمر دے گا۔ رقم 4 دن بعد واپس کی جائے گی۔

• ایکسچینج کی سہولت بھی دستیاب ہے۔ پروڈکٹ مکمل اور صحیح ہو، تو ایکسچینج ہوگا۔ کسٹمر واپس بھیجنے کی ڈیلیوری دے گا، نیا پارسل ہماری طرف سے فری ہوگا۔

• We confirm orders between 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM. Orders placed after this are confirmed the next day.

• Delivery in Lahore takes 1 to 2 days. For other cities, it can take 3 to 9 days depending on the location and conditions.

• Parcels are delivered via PostEx or Leopards courier services.

• Standard delivery is completely free across Pakistan.

• Express delivery is available upon request with extra charges.

• If you need tracking, feel free to contact us — we’ll provide the details.

• All orders are delivered on Cash on Delivery (COD).

• However, we may ask for a partial advance payment in some cases for security purposes.

• If a customer chooses to pay the full amount in advance, we offer a 6% cashback, which is returned the next day after the parcel is received.

• Returns are accepted within 7 days, only if the product is complete and undamaged. Return delivery charges are paid by the customer. Refund will be issued after 4 days.

• Exchange is also available. The product must be in good condition. Customer pays to send it back, and we will ship the exchanged item free of cost.
